8 WEEK YOUTH FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM

This 8-week program is an introduction to the game of basketball as well as skill builder for the younger kids grades K-3rd. Athletes will train on age appropriate height hoops in a small, fun group setting. The focus is learning the game and developing good habits through various drills, games and activities. We will also focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and work ethic. 


(1 session per week) 




SMALL GROUP CLUB


Receive semi-private instruction with 1-5 players of similar levels. Concentrate on a skill or several different skills. Add 15 minutes of Vertimax training at the end of your workout or before  Click here to watch sample video (2 player min. 6 player max)


(Train up to 4x per week)

PRIVATE


Receive one on one instruction for the specific skill you would like to concentrate on or work on all the fundamental skills recommended by your coach.
